Quality Metric Ownership: Responsible for quality KPIs across product lines; achieve stable performance targets FPY, OOB, IFIR, MWDC, etc.) through rigorous analysis and closed-loop management.
In-Process Quality Issue Resolution: Address real-time quality issues with rapid root cause analysis (RCA) and risk assessment; implement effective control measures and closed-loop management to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Complaint Management: Handle quality complaints, lead investigations, and drive cross-functional improvements (Factory & R&D) to ensure successful closed-loop resolution.
Process & System Optimization: Streamline and optimize quality-related workflows; lead the establishment and enhancement of Quality Management Information Systems.
