Requisition ID: *****- Job Location(s): Reynosa, MX- Danfoss is looking for a _**_Quality Engineer_**_ for our plant in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.You will be responsible for _Supervise RMA team to manage RMA process to effectively provide service to customers issuing quality claims.RMA Quality Engineer will lead the team to successfully achieve goals of this area: RMA inventory, Customer Responsiveness time, RMA Open/Closure ratio._**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Coordinate the importation of Customer returns (Plant Line Rejects and Field rejects) from our Cross Dock warehouse in Texas to Reynosa facilities.
- Description: Coordinate the analysis of returns within 7 calendar days of arrival maximum.
- Drive BU and SQ team for customer responses before 21 days after arrival.
- Coordinate RMA credit processing with local and Global Finance Group; Identify top contributors and drive for improvement.
