As a Quality Engineer, you will drive product and process excellence by implementing robust quality standards, advanced tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead effective problem-solving through root cause analysis and risk mitigation, ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of poor quality, and enabling successful product launches while sustaining a high-performing quality system. Position requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Advanced (fluent) English At least 3 years of experience in quality-related roles. Experience in the automotive industry, in assembly or machining processes IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements. Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA). Six Sigma problem-solving tools. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
