About the Team
You will join the Quality Management team, a collaborative group of 13 colleagues with strong product and process expertise, supporting high quality new product introductions. The team works closely with cross‑functional partners including Quality, Engineering, Projects, R&D, Materials & Logistics, Human Resources, the Head of Plant, Purchasing, IT, and HS&E, while also maintaining regular interaction with customer and supplier representatives.
