Quality Engineer (Paintearth County No. 18)

Overview

Within Johnson Controls’ Data Center Solutions group, you will be responsible for driving the execution of quality goals and objectives by proactively taking actions to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality. You will work cross-functionally to identify causes of potential product/process failures and drive corrective and preventive actions with internal teams, suppliers, and customers as needed. Using sound audit techniques and statistical tools, you will identify high-leverage continuous improvement projects to elevate the organization’s quality delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze assigned customer KPIs (e.g., commissioning, Incomplete Work Orders (IWOs), warranty processes) to define top offenders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate KPI offenders and guide the Problem-Solving process to identify true root causes.
