    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze customer quality requirements and establish quality controls during New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.
  • Drive quality improvement projects to improve production yield and reduce defects in mass production.
  • Manage customer complaints, RMA, and quality feedback, ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Investigate product non-conformances and implement preventive measures.
