As a key player in the Quality Assurance department, you'll need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least six months of relevant automotive experience. Your primary duties will involve managing quality documentation, assisting in customer issue resolution, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage essential quality documents such as Process Control Plans
• Train production employees on new product inspection
• Resolve customer concerns with presentations and reports
• Contribute to PPAP submissions from suppliers
