+ Act as customer advocate to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations, proactively driving quality improvements and institutionalizing a closed-loop quality system.
+ Identify key risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
+ Monitor and audit process, product, and system compliance, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, industry standards, and customer requirements in support of Zero Defect initiatives.
+ Provide timely escalation and drive resolution for in-process quality issues to minimize impact to customer and business.
