Job Description
Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Quality Engineer II for their Redford, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ Coordinates quality objectives with other departments
+ Drives continuous improvement by developing and implementing error and mistake proofing
+ Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems
+ Drive issues to closure through the various quality feedback loops
+ Analyzes assembly process data to look for trends or possible upcoming concerns.
+ Works with Advanced Quality Tools (i.e., PFMEAs) to ensure a quality assembly process
+ Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems
+ Analyzes SPC data and works with manufacturing engineering to make process improvements
+ Knowledge of GD&T and CMM operations
+ Facilitate others in the executions of Quality Improvement activities
