Quality Engineer

Overview We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations by identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring products and processes meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is hands‐on, analytical, and comfortable working cross‐functionally in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Identify non‐quality factors and proactively address potential issues before they occur through preventive solutions

Resolve manufacturing quality issues impacting customers using containment, corrective, and preventive actions

Plan and execute actions to ensure products and services meet contractual and customer quality requirements

Conduct process audits and analyze results in accordance with established quality systems and methods
