Job Description
Requirements: BS Degree and 1+ years experience in high volume component manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO and or IATF Standards.
APQP / Control plants / Flow charts 18D / Inspection plans. Duties: Act as a technical resource for manufacturing by providing quality expertise to assist with development of APQP documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, control plans, PFMEAs, flow charts, and inspection plans.
Support manufacturing in achieving quality and policy deployment goals.
Actively participate and assist manufacturing to ensure quality requirements are in compliance in daily operations.
Use a combination of Quality and Six Sigma tools to ensure quality requirements are in compliance to industry standard, ISO/TS16949:2009, and customer specific requirements.
