Quality-Driven Production Operative

Broughton Group is seeking a Production Operative in Brackley. This full-time role involves operating production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team. Previous production experience is a plus. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
