Job Description

KPC Promise Hospital of PHOENIX: The Quality Coordinator performs quality management review functions such as review/audits of patient records, preparing reports, assisting with regulatory preparation and assisting the Department Director with administrative functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • LPN/LVN, Tech, or other related healthcare experience.
  • Three years clinical experience in an acute care setting
  • Two year’s experience with TJC/regulatory and quality management related activities and 

    • functions

  • Computer literate, proficient in Excel and Access programs with ability to prepare reports and

    • Graphs

  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

    • PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Physical: Walking – up to 20% Standing – up to 10% Kneeling - up to 5%
