• Ensure the deployment of the Integral Business Platform.
• Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase.
• Collect required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution.
• Assist in successfully closing of gaps between as is and to be situation.
• Write and review level 5 Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
