 * Experience in QUALITY CONTROL or FOOD SAFETY SYSTEMS
*  FamilIar with HACCP & ISSO Standards
*  Diploma/Degree in:
   * Meat Technology
   * Food Science OR
   * Microbiology
* Quality Management
