Quality controller

We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller with the following skills and experience: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE National Diploma – Mechanical or Quality Management Certificate in quality control preferred 3-5 years working experience in a similar role Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques Six Sigma experience may be an added advantage Valid driver’s licence Strong leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, callipers and computers Attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent proven interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Hydraulics knowledge Mining Industry knowledge Customer focus and liaison Responsible for meeting deadlines and targets Computer literate Report writing BASIC FUNCTION Perform regular Quality assessments on all incoming materials Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations Interpret d...
