A phenomenal food manufacturing company located in Cape Town is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Quality Control/Assurance Manager to join their team.
The successful incumbent should meet the following requirements:
• Degree in Food Science/Microbiology and or equivalent
• Strong GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, QMS, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 is essential
• Strong people management and managerial skills whilst leading a technical and quality department
• 7 years' experience working within a similar manufacturing environment
