Quality Control Related Responsibilities
Implement various analytical tests on incoming samples of raw materials (RM), product components (Intermediates), and Finished Products to assure the Quality of the component. These include but are not limited to: Logging samples into the Sample Data Base.
Performing analytical tests using the following testing equipment and recording results: Densitometer (SG-Specific Gravity)
Refractometer (RI-Refractive Index)
VIS-Spectrophotometer (ABS-Color Absorbance)
pH meter
GC FID
Alcohol by Distillation QC testing and data review, CoA generation. Compare test results with specification ranges to determine batch to batch consistency of the product. Maintain Customer Specifications in ERP system and Batch Works systems to ensure consistent communication of specifications to customers and equivalence of the two specification management systems.Support Research and Development by p...
