Responsibilities :
+ Collect samples from production lines on a regular basis to meet different preset requirements for different tests
+ Perform inspection and CCP checkups on in-process products
+ Perform final inspection of product, including but not limited to review for completeness, label check, weight check, and visual inspection of final product
+ Inspect various incoming products and raw materials
+ Identify and control non-conforming materials
+ Assist with document control, including organizing, filing, and reviewing QA documents
+ Assist with pre-operational process
+ Address any questions and concerns on food safety and quality assurance with QA management in a timely manner
