Fabric Panels QC Technician
Department: Quality Control
Reports To: Production Manager
Summary:
The Fabric Panels QC Technician executes a robust inspection of dye-sublimated fabric graphics to ensure all products meet company quality standards and client expectations. This role also supports QC documentation and prepares qualified materials for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect dye-sublimated fabric graphics for color consistency, alignment, and print defects.
• Identify imperfections such as color variation, banding, or printing irregularities.
• Ensure each approved product receives the appropriate documentation and approval tags.
• Prepare finished panels for packaging.
• Maintain inspection records and QC logs for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Communicate quality concerns with production teams to resolve recurring issues.
