Team Leader – EHS and Quality
The purpose of the Team Leader role is to develop and lead a team of analysts to consistently deliver outstanding safety, quality, service, and value at the Nyon site.
Key Responsibilities
- EHS Responsibilities – All Associates: Know, understand, and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines. Report unsafe conditions, all injuries, illnesses, and hazardous material releases. Wear personal protective equipment, attend EHS training programs, and follow all safe work procedures.
- Quality Responsibilities – All Associates: Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, Deviation, Lab Investigation, etc.) including QMS policy and regulatory requirements.
