Job Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Operative to join our team at the Camden Group’s Steeple Road site. This is a key role within our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

Location: Camden Group, Steeple Road Site

Shift Pattern: Day Shift
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 1:15pm
Rate of Pay: £14.02 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-of-line quality checks in line with QC Standard Operating Procedures

Identify, document, and report quality issues throughout the manufacturing process

Support production teams in recognising defects and implementing corrective actions

Work collaboratively to reduce remakes across all factories

Communicate effectively with the Quality Manager, Production Managers, and Supervisors
