Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Inventory & Food Safety: Ensure strict Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA) compliances, specifically for Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) and daily perishables across warehouses and vendor packhouses.
- Quality Audits: Conduct daily and weekly audits of dark stores and vendor hubs to ensure safety and hygiene protocols are met.
- Complaint Analysis: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) closures to reduce recurring customer complaints.
- Benchmarking: Monitor competitor brands and products to continuously improve procurement and internal quality standards.
- Training & Compliance: Coach operations and store staff on Zero Tolerance (ZT) policies and compliance guidelines.
