Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist oversees and executes quality assurance and food safety programs at the plant level, ensuring all production processes meet quality standards and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems (HACCP, GMPs, GLPs, food safety programs).
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Analyze quality data (KPIs, test results) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production and cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformities and improve processes.
