As the Quality Continuous Improvement Program Lead, you will collaborate with Quality Assurance and Bakery Quality Managers to monitor standards and improve processes. Your responsibilities include investigating complaints, conducting audits, and supporting product launches. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and a commitment to elevating quality standards in a bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate consumer complaints and quality incidents
• Review quality non-conformance reports for trends
• Monitor ingredient quality and process controls
• Support R&D initiatives and product launches
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and QA policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in the food industry, preferably bakery
• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
