ibex is seeking a Quality Analyst located in Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for providing direct feedback to advisors and collaborating with team managers to enhance advisor performance evaluations.

Qualified candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have exceptional performance in quality assessment, along with coaching experience. This position requires drug screening and background checks.
