As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will oversee key programs related to food safety and quality assurance within the bakery. Your role includes monitoring ingredient quality, investigating quality complaints, and supporting training initiatives. You will lead efforts to implement best practices, working collaboratively with the BQM and QA technicians to establish effective quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with GMP regulations
• Support training for GMP and HACCP
