Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end‑to‑end QA activities, including test case design, test execution, defect identification, and documentation
  • Ensure testing activities comply with defined QA standards/STLC, processes, and timelines
  • Perform functional, regression, UAT, and risk‑based testing as required
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Contribute to AI-powered testing, test automation, efficiency improvements, or reusable test assets where applicable
  • Maintain accurate test artifacts and provide clear testing status updates
  • Support release testing and quality sign‑off activities under guidance from QA leads
