Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the Quality Assurance department, ensuring all policies, procedures, and programs are established, implemented, and maintained in compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Oversee all third-party audits, regulatory inspections, and associated corrective and preventive actions to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.

Investigate, document, and respond to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading verification and validation activities that strengthen Food Safety and Quality program effectiveness.
