About the Role
Join Amrize as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Greater Edmonton / Northern Alberta Area. This role reports to the General Manager and focuses on optimizing mix design, managing quality procedures, leading a team, and enhancing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, implement, and standardize quality plans and processes.
- Lead and develop the QA/QC team across the region.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with the WCan Quality Control Manual.
- Assess concrete mix designs for quality objectives and cost‑effective cement efficiencies via field data and technical software.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to quantify material properties for new product development.
- Represent Amrize in technical associations throughout Alberta.
