Client is seeking a Senior E2E QA Lead to lead the cross-functional quality strategy for a major transformation program focused on integrating Guidewire ClaimCenter with the internal ecosystem. The role requires expertise in both QA governance (strategy, test plans, KPIs, reporting) and field execution (UAT BI, defects, traceability, artifacts). The candidate must have direct knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims processes; industry-specific abstractions are insufficient in this context. The ideal candidate will have cross-functional leadership skills rather than technical expertise in automation.
