This role is ideal for a technically strong and people-focused leader who can guide a high-impact development team while remaining hands-on in development and troubleshooting activities.
As an offshore team leader, you will play a key role in driving delivery quality, team collaboration, and communication across global teams. You should be comfortable balancing hands-on engineering leadership with stakeholder coordination across onsite and offshore teams.
