Requirements
Food Safety or Quality Assurance diploma, or currently pursuing studies in a related field.Technical knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).Strong attention to detail.Good problem-solving and investigation skills.Comfortable working on the production floor and communicating effectively with employees at all levels.Basic computer skills.Flexible schedule, including weekend availability when required. Verification of product specifications.Completion and follow-up of scoring programs.Monitoring GMP compliance on the production floor.Supporting investigations related to quality issues and non-conformances.Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
