**Description:** Responsible for:
Supporting the Final Systems Checkout (J830) on the F35 Program. Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Responsible for resource allocation, work assignments and establishing/maintaining an effective business rhythm. Responsible for all aspects of quality for assigned area of responsibility. Communicates quality requirements, concerns and expectations.
Active participant in risk and opportunity management processes. Ensures cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met.
Ensures appropriate identification and flow down of quality requirements (internal and contractual) and effective implementation of quality requirements. Ensures effective implementation of quality management system within area of responsibility. Ensures effective implementation of a metrics program and actively address adverse trends.
