Quality And Operations Lead

Quality and Operations Lead is responsible for working and interacting with Stellantis Brands, Logistics, Fleet, Product Development, Marketing, Purchasing & Quality groups within NAFTA, to collaborate on making sure all Vehicle Custom Shop Assembly Operational attributes are in place & launches are coordinated effectively, within defined timing & meeting all volume & revenue expectations.He/She is responsible for day-to-day production at MCSs with respect to meeting the quality requirements of Stellantis owned vehicles processed through the MCSs.He/She is the primary contact person between Mopar, assembly plants and the up-fit suppliers on all operations and quality matters- Work with the up-fit suppliers and quality engineers to ensure that Stellantis approved manufacturing processes (Critical processes, Control Plans, Work Instructions, etc.) are followed.This may require auditing 2nd shift and weekend shifts- Work with up-fit suppliers and part supply base when needed to avoid/r...
