Job Description

Role Overview

As a Quality Analyst, you will serve as the first level of escalation in resolving back‑end issues that affect day‑to‑day tools, performance, and processes. You will ensure teammates maintain high quality of work and comply with processes. Your main tasks involve fixing problems and ensuring client complaints are resolved and avoided in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the quality of teammates’ performance;
  • Identify potential quality issues per a defined process and escalate ongoing quality issues to management;
  • Verify implemented solutions or fixes to ongoing quality issues;
  • Hold regular calibration sessions with your assigned teams, conducting side‑by‑side task monitoring and feedback sessions with teammates and team leaders;
  • Attend weekly business reviews with assigned campaign team leaders, operations managers, and clients.
