- Monitor and evaluate BD team interactions (calls, emails, proposals) to ensure adherence to sales processes, communication standards, and overall client experience.
- Audit discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to assess alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Review and assess proposal responses and RFP documentation for quality, customization, and value proposition.
