Noonan Real Estate Agency Pty Ltd is hiring qualified tradespeople for ongoing residential maintenance and repairs across NSW, including:

• Roofers
• Carpenters
• Plumbers
• Roof Plumbers
• Handyman / General Maintenance

We are looking for experienced tradespeople with a strong background in property maintenance, residential repairs, building maintenance, and real estate maintenance work.

We welcome both Sydney-based applicants and overseas tradespeople willing to migrate to Australia, subject to meeting Australian work visa and trade requirements.

Key Duties (Trades & Maintenance Work)

• Residential maintenance and repairs
• General handyman work
• Carpentry repairs (doors, skirting, timber, frames, fences)
• Roof repairs, leak detection, guttering and flashing
• Plumbing maintenance, blocked drains, taps, toilets, hot water issues...
