A. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Supervise and maintain DTP and HL tools, make sure that they are in a good, clean and working order Perform tool services, modifications and repairs To undertake all planned maintenance work as per schedules. To complete all specified work within the time limits. To repair quality concerns DTP and HL tools. Assist with new installations and projects To ensure all admin documentation regarding tools is up to date. Ensure all DTP and HL tool spares are available. To help to ensure that all preventative checks are done Attend DTP and HL quality meetings.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
Injection Moulding Tool essential 5 years minimum. Factory Maintenance Tools Preventative and predictive maintenance High pressure pumps

Qualified Artisan : Toolmaker
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
