- Hybrid Arrangement: 3 days on site
- DfE Requirement: 3 years permanent cumulative experience with an English Local Authority (including ASYE)
- Rate: £41
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support to families to help children and families thrive.
- Use Restorative Model of practice, family‑led decision‑making and Motivational Interviewing skills.
- Co‑ordinate support offered to families drawing on multidisciplinary expertise (Child Practitioners, Drug and Alcohol practitioners, Probation Officers, Domestic Abuse Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners).
