Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee regional business operations and expansion strategies for Cotti Coffee in Europe. By analyzing local coffee market trends and competitor landscapes, you will develop and execute market penetration plans to establish Cotti’s footprint in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized expansion strategies (e.g., mall partnerships, channel co-building) aligned with Cotti’s global growth goals
- Prepare operational and performance reports (market coverage, resource development progress) for the regional business
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and career development of the local on-ground team
