Job Description
The CatchUp Academy is delighted to be working in partnership with a supportive secondary school to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Qualified Teacher to work with three Year 9 students who are currently unable to access mainstream lessons.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys thinking differently, building positive relationships and helping young people rediscover their confidence in learning.
The Role
* Location: Community-based provision in the SO41 area
* Start Date: September 2026
* Students: Three Year 9 learners on a 1:1 basis
* Subjects: Broad curriculum delivered through engaging, practical learning experiences
About the Students
The students have found it difficult to engage within a traditional classroom environment and require a fresh, personalised approach to learning. They are capable young people who respond best to adults who are calm, patient and able to build trusting relationships...
