QMW Engineer (Batangas)

Job Summary:

-Ensure unit acceptance prior CCD turnover (100% Functionality and Overall quality of unit)

-Attend and ensure timely resolution of valid warranty concerns

-Regular update/endorsement of units for inspection and acceptance to CCD

-Create technical reports such as non-compliance, quality issue and best practices report based on actual observation on site for critical concerns that would compromise our brand and attend closure of concerns.

-Daily update of QMW HTO Master List and Post-con Unit Complain Master List

-Creation and/or closure of quality memo/best practice report per respective project site.

-Final inspection and acceptance of completed works of QMW contractors.

-Buffer stocks of commonly used materials (e.g. locksets, grouts, consumables) in coordination with MMG.

-Continuation or formation of regular Quality Orientation/Refresher on site

-Subcontractors

-Site Personnels
