The Construction Quality Control Manager (CQC Manager) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program for military construction (MILCON) projects. This role serves as the contractor’s on‑site authority for quality control and ensures all construction activities comply with contract documents, approved submittals, USACE/NAVFAC requirements, and all applicable federal regulations.
The CQC Manager leads proactive quality planning and execution using the Three‑Phase Control System and coordinates closely with Government Quality Assurance (QA) representatives to enforce full compliance with construction quality standards.
