**Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities** **基本工作职能及职责** :
+ Consistently accept good product and reject defective product. 在最终检验工位代表客户检查并接收合格品，拒收不合格品
+ Follow the inspection instruction; provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report. 根据质量最终检验说明书的要求，提供准确完善的废品和拒收报告
+ Make and keep accurate and complete record. 保持准确完整的记录
+ Communicate with supervisor and production line for any product quality concern. 向生产线线长提供产品质量问题并协助解决
+ Find quality problems and trace back to the production process寻找质量问题并追溯到生产过程中
+ Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc. 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能的要求不一致的地方
+ Handling customer complaint and maintain a completely record处理客户投诉并保持完整记录
