I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Management and Operations
- Manage, assign, and supervise the work of the QC team (approximately 10 staff members).
- Train, provide professional guidance, evaluate performance, and develop the QC team.
- Develop and implement quality control plans to meet the company's objectives.
2. Quality Control
- Supervise and control the quality of input materials, the production process, and finished products.
- Ensure that products meet technical standards, customer requirements, and company regulations.
- Detect, analyze, and handle cases of non-conforming products or materials.
3. Quality System Management
- Build, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
