Reporting to the General Manager, the QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the product quality of asphalt materials being produced from our asphalt plants & road construction projects, as well as managing the team of Asphalt Lab Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Participate, supervise and assist in the development, introduction and training of new value‑added products, addressing customer complaints, and conducting root cause investigations.
- Supervise, schedule and co‑ordinate the activities of QC staff.
- Responsible for the administration of the laboratory and equipment including supporting audit readiness (internal and external) and maintaining equipment calibrations.
