Job Description
- QA/QC field technicians have a minimum of ten (10) years of QA/QC experience qualifying with this stated equipment: MWD/LWD, Mud Motors, Casing handling equipment, Drilling Jars , Reamers.
- QA/QC technicians shall have a hard copy of the latest edition DS-1 while on location for COMPANY operations. QA/QC field technicians shall also have real-time in field access while on location to other applicable specs such as API 5CT, 5DP, 5L, Spec 7, 7K, 7L, 58, 5L, 5A5, 6A, RP 7G, 8A, 88, 8C and 10D.
- For OCTG post mill inspection, TPI QA/QC field technicians shall have knowledge and access to API 5CT and premium thread visual inspection procedures. TPI shall also have a printed copy of any premium thread in which they are inspecting for COMPANY operations.
- For Wellhead TPI, knowledge of API 6A and wellhead stack is compulsory.
