Job Title: QAQC Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement QA/QC Plans, ITPs, and method Statements for HVAC systems.
• Conduct material inspections upon delivery and ensure compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and manufacturer data.
• Perform site inspections for HVAC works including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, hangers & supports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other international standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents from QA/QC perspective.
• Monitor and witness installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, etc.).
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients for IRs/WIRs and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (checklists, MIRs, WIRs/IRs, NCRs, test records, etc....
