QA/QC Manager
Overall responsibility for quality control at construction sites, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA/QC organization at the site and manage inspectors and supervisors
- Develop and maintain the site QA/QC plan
- Plan and manage inspections, audits, ITPs, and non‑conformance reports (NCRs)
- Monitor quality levels and implement preventive measures
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, commissioning teams and clients and maintain transparent quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Promote a strong quality culture and work closely with project teams to ensure smooth project progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA/QC for industrial projects with a strong background in delivery control
